As Pensacola’s Favorite PR/Advertising Agency, we pride ourselves on our relationship-first approach and innovative, creative solutions. We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for a passionate social media enthusiast to join us remotely!

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to help manage social media channels, create engaging content, and support our clients’ online presence. This is a part-time, fully remote role for someone who is self-motivated, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in social media management. If you have a passion for storytelling and social media strategy, this role is perfect for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create, schedule, and post content across multiple social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

    • Assist in developing content calendars and executing social media strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

    • Monitor and engage with client communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.

    • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

    • Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and budget tracking.

    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign concepts that align with client goals.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of social media management or content creation experience which may also include internships and/or freelance experience

    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.

    • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Social Pilot) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite).

    • Basic design skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.

    • Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus but not required.

    • Passion for helping brands build authentic, meaningful connections with their communities.
